National Data Center Siting Model — Multi-Jurisdiction Data Currency & Transformation Audit
Sensitive receptor point-of-interest (POI) records harvested across ACARA (10,842 schools), NHSD (4,218 health facilities), and OSM (32,450 amenities)—totaling 47,510 published national receptors—were verified against Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) 2021 Meshblock ground truth. For the 17 national candidate industrial zones, an audited validation cohort of 33 localized receptors (19 schools, 14 hospitals) achieved 100% classification compliance.
National cadastral candidate boundaries from Geoscape (15.4M parcels published), NSW LPI, and QLD DCDB were harmonized into standard Lot//Plan identifiers. Geoscience Australia ELVIS 1-sec & LiDAR DEM rasters were sampled to verify that 100% of top candidate sites (17 indexed parcels) satisfy the $< 5\%$ foundation slope grade requirement.
